SOCKS FOR SOULS CANCELLATION, REFUND, RETURN, SHIPPING and PRIVACY POLICIES

CHARGES:

Socks For Souls charges will register on your credit card as Socks For Souls, LLC.

CANCELLATIONS:

For monthly subscribers, we will continue to donate socks to those in need every month until you cancel your subscription.

To cancel, simply send us an email at info@socksforsouls.com letting us know that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Please include your name and not any others that you may have bought for a friend.

We will stop donating socks to those in need the month immediately following your cancellation request.

RETURNS:

We want to do everything we can to ensure that you are happy with your Socks For Souls experience. Our policies are stated below, but you can always email us at info@socksforsouls.com and we will work to ensure your satisfaction as best we can.

REFUNDS:

We are happy to refund the cost of any order made in error, as long as we haven’t already donated the socks you purchased for those in need. For example, if you accidentally order two subscriptions and only wanted one subscription, we’re happy to cancel the second subscription and refund your money. If we’ve already shipped the socks for the second subscription, we’ll cancel any future socks for the canceled subscription but cannot refund the cost of the socks that have already shipped.

We do not refund the cost of socks that you have purchased and have already been donated to those in need. See our Returns Policy for more details on how we’ll take care of those situations.

We do not refund shipping costs for any packages that have already shipped.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY:

We ship in the United States via USPS. There is no charge for each pair of socks we ship in the United States of America

Our shipping charge is subject to change at any time.

SOCKS FOR SOULS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by Socks For Souls, LLC a Maryland Corporation, with its principal place of business at 263 Michener Court West, Severna Park, MD, USA. This Privacy Policy includes products and services provided through the Website that Socks For Souls operates, which includes, but is not limited to https://socksforsouls.com (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy also explains our commitment to you with respect to our use and disclosure of non-personal browsing and site usage data that Socks For Souls collects as the provider of the Website.
